Mitchel & Co’s existing website was outdated and not working properly.
They also had no in-house marketing resource, meaning that the sales process was currently long and drawn out.
Both of these things were working against them. They wanted to establish themselves as the authoritative jewellery brand. They already had the knowledge, team and amazing products, they just needed a platform to show it off!
What we did
We built a new website from the ground up. It was built in Shopify to allow for an ecommerce expansion planned for the future.
Since launch, we’ve managed blog and social media content, a full PPC campaign, social ads and social expansion, helping them launch a brand-new TikTok account which generates ∼3k views a month (in the first 3 months) and is steadily growing.
This omnichannel approach has allowed us to drive significantly more traffic to their new website than previously expected, exceeding estimates by nearly 5 times.
Not only this, but we’ve worked on a wide variety of educational content designed to help shorten the sales process by preemptively answering common questions.
