It’s important to take a forensic look at both your business’ strengths, and areas that need work. Once this is done, we work with you to create a clear set of objectives to drive your successes and work on your weaknesses. 

The internal audit also includes two workshops, looking at your target audience and the entire customer journey – both will help inform the strategic approach.

Following the internal audit, we look outwards. It’s important to see how your business is perceived externally based on your online presence, both by potential customers and others in your sector. 

Your business is then benchmarked against your key competitors to highlight potential opportunities and threats; see what they’re doing well, and do it better.
