AI brand packs

Protecting your brand
in AI-generated content.

AI is destroying your brand

Consistency is key

Picture this: you’ve got 5 different people across 5 different teams. They’re ALL creating content for your brand. Maybe they’re writing blogs, creating sales content, producing customer support documents. Whatever it is, if they have no AI guidelines, they’ll all get a wildly different tone of voice, pulling the brand you’ve spent years building apart piece by piece.

Basically, if you don’t have an AI brand pack, then ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI tools are just guessing at what you’re supposed to look/sound like.

We create brand packs that you can upload to your chosen AI tool, helping keep things consistent across teams.

What you get

An AI Brand Pack is a structured set of brand assets, guidelines and instructions designed to be loaded into AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.

It ensures that AI-generated content stays consistent with your brand’s proposition, tone of voice, messaging and exclusion rules, regardless of which team member is using the tool.

Your AI brand pack will vary depending on your needs and what you’re using it for. At its most basic, you’re looking at a proposition and tone of voice document, but you may also need to include visual guidelines, too.

If you’re not sure what you need, give us a shout.

AI brand pack FAQs

An AI Brand Pack is a structured set of brand documents designed to be loaded into AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT. It gives the AI the context it needs to produce content that matches your proposition, tone of voice, messaging and brand rules.
The result is consistent, on-brand output regardless of which team member is using the tool or how they phrase their prompt.

The issue is consistency at scale. One person using AI well can get good results. The moment several people are using it, each with their own prompts and their own preferred tool, the output starts to vary.

An AI Brand Pack sets a shared foundation, so every output starts from the same brand context rather than from each individual’s interpretation of it.

It is built to work with the major tools your team is likely already using, including Claude and ChatGPT. The pack is structured so it can be loaded into a project, a custom instruction set or a similar context feature, meaning the brand guidance applies automatically to every conversation rather than needing to be pasted in each time.

No. It complements them. Traditional brand guidelines are written for people. An AI Brand Pack translates that thinking into a form AI tools can apply reliably, with the proposition, tone, exclusions and approved language structured specifically for how these tools read and use context. If you have existing guidelines, we build on them. If you do not, we help you create the underlying material as part of the process.

We build it with you. We start from your existing brand assets, proposition and any guidelines you already have, then structure them into a format designed for AI tools. Where there are gaps, in tone of voice documentation, defined USPs or messaging rules, we work with you to fill them. The finished pack is ready to load into your tools and use straight away.

It significantly reduces it, but can’t stop it. Generic AI output happens when the tool has no specific context to work from and falls back on averaged assumptions about your sector. An AI Brand Pack gives it some of the context it needs, but you still need to ensure your team are prompting tools correctly.

The output will be far closer to your brand from the outset, though we would always recommend a human review before anything is published; that is a principle we apply to our own work too.
