Naturally then, when Crestron commissioned us to develop and design their EMEA website, we knew we needed to reflect this pioneering expertise through a beautiful, responsive inbound site. And that's what we did.
Crestron required a vibrant new site that would both attract EMEA prospects and propel them toward their dedicated dealership site. As a result, well-considered customer journeys were crucial. So, to match Crestron's beautiful technology and systems, we created an equally breathtaking and responsive website design, supported by engaging copy and a user-experience designed to work in tandem with inbound marketing methodology.
Our first step was immersion: members of both our content and account management team visited Crestron's renowned Chelsea showroom to experience their culture first hand. From this, we could develop an understanding of what they were looking to achieve through their marketing and website.
Based on both this, and further in-depth industry research, our content and design teams pulled together a range of ideas and concepts. These ideas were then tweaked and developed in accordance with frequent feedback and conversations with Crestron, thanks to fantastic account management.
From the research, we were also able to develop detailed buyer-personas. These allowed us to create the consistently engaging copy needed to drive organic traffic to the site.
