We're looking to further strengthen our account management team with a confident Senior Account Manager, tasked with developing and nurturing client relationships through exceptional pro-active customer service.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will join an exciting and growing agency and will be a key contact for our clients, maintaining and building upon the strong working relationships that have already been developed. Candidates will be expected to take on any account and then grow and retain it.
Reporting to the company’s directors, this is a fast-paced environment that is both demanding and fulfilling. You will be highly organised with the ability to manage and develop other team members (internal and external), along with managing budgets and day to day work across the account. The agency will also depend on you to give your projects direction, championing your client, their briefs and the long-term ambitions for their brands.
To meet our demanding expectations, the successful candidate will ideally have at least 6 years' experience in an account management role (agency experience is essential) and be able to demonstrate the successful management and delivery of multiple projects. You will need a driving licence and be willing to travel across the UK.
