Looking for your next career move? We’re looking for an experienced Paid Search Ads (PPC) Specialist who wants to further their career in a progressive and growing marketing agency in Birmingham.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • 3+ years experience working in house or in an agency environment
  • Google Ads Certification
  • A proven track record of creating successful B2B campaigns through the following marketing channels; 
    • PPC (Search & Display)
    • Social Ads (Including Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin)
    • Remarketing 
  • Strong presentational skills and the ability to lead the paid ad element of strategies, meetings and pitches 
  • Experience in using the following platforms;
    • Google Ads
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Tag Manager
    • WordPress

Responsibilities would include:

  • Creating paid ad campaigns and working with the rest of the team to integrate them into the wider marketing strategy
  • Managing the day-to-day implementation including;
    • PPC (Search & Display) 
      • Keyword research
      • Competitor analysis
      • Campaign set-up and management
      • Analysis and reporting
    • Social ads 
      • Audience targeting
      • Campaign set-up and management
      • Analysis and reporting
    • Remarketing 
      • Targeting
      • Campaign set-up and management 
      • Analysis and reporting 
  • Conversion and Goal tracking set up.
  • Making recommendations on website improvements that help to improve the conversion rates from PPC traffic 
  • Attending client meetings to gather information to feed into the strategies and presenting completed work
